Peter Rattay has owned and operated the Stonehurst Manor and the Wild Rose Restaurant for over 40 years. He strives to make it a romantic retreat for visitors looking to experience New Hampshire’s quaint but stunning countryside, and exceed the expectations of the Manor’s many repeat clientele.

Laurel Rattay, Peter's wife and also an owner at the Manor, can be observed leaving her special touch on all the displays and seasonal decorations throughout the property. Her keen eye is responsible for the many improvements throughout the hotel and, specifically, the room furnishings and common spaces.
